Do you ship outside of the U.S?

Unfortunately, I don’t. Shipping costs outside of the U.S are very high. This is something that I am looking to possibly reconsider in the future.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final unless physical packages are damaged/lost through shipping.

Do you accept commissions? How much will the cost be? How long will it take?

I do! I’m currently accepting commissions.  **I’m accepting no more than 5 commissions at a time.**

Please allow 48 hours for me to respond to your request from my ‘Contact’ page. Once received, I’ll let you know what the cost of  the commission will be, depending on the scope of the project. The timeframe of completion is going to depend on the type of design that you’re looking for. Smaller digital pieces will take up to 5 days for me to complete, where has larger paintings and 3D illustrations are going to have a longer timeframe. I’ll let you know your exact time of completion, based on my current roster.

When will I receive my online order?

Please allow 7-10 days for order processing & verification, as well as delivery. Please contact me if you haven’t received your order within the 7-10 day timeframe.

The best ways to stay in the know of where i’ll be at next is on Instagram: @notorious_one or my Facebook Page: @notoriousoneart. I post information on my Instagram stories most frequently.

I live in Chicago/Surrounding Suburbs, Can I schedule a pickup of my purchased artwork?

Yes! Shoot me an email to michellewestart@gmail.com and I can get that situated for you.
